The Local Bull is what happens when a ranch opens its own front door. The Wagyu comes from their place, Bucker Creek Ranch; the kitchen turns it into smash burgers, tacos and steak frites; the case up front sells the briskets, picanha, tri-tips and ground beef to take home; and the taps and the wine list make it very easy to stay for one more.
