Blanco's hometown brewery since 1996 — Fireman's #4 was born here — with a big, easygoing taproom and lawn a mile from the square.
If you’ve had a Fireman’s #4 anywhere in Texas, you’ve had a little piece of Blanco. Real Ale has been brewing here since 1996, and the taproom out on San Saba Court is exactly what a Hill Country brewery should be: pints poured a few feet from the tanks, picnic tables, shade, dogs, kids, and usually somebody playing music on the weekend.
Grab a flight, wander the lawn, and settle the great debate for yourself — maybe the best beer in Texas?
